What is the School-To-Work Mentoring Program?
RTS’ School-to-Work Mentoring Program connects contractors who have specific skills and knowledge (mentors) with high school students (protégés) who need or want the same skills and advantages to move up in work, skill level, or school performance. Complete the registration form and upload your required documents to get started! Protégés and mentors must commit to at least 4 face-to-face meetings.
What hours you are available?
Company working hours are Monday-Friday 7AM to 7PM. You may access your portal 24/7.
How to Sign up as Student or as Contractor?
On the top right corner of the website, click on Sign Up. Click on “I am a Contractor” or “I am a Student.” Complete the form with the required data. Once you will submit the form and receive an approval of your submission, you will be able to login.
How to login Contractor Portal?
Click on the top right of the header where it says “Login.” Select “Contractor Login.” Enter your email address and password, then click to sign in. You will be redirected to your dashboard page where you will be able to manage your profile, received orders, work history, protégé requests, payment history, reports and more.
How to login in to the Student Portal?
Click on the top right of the header where it says “Login.” Select “Student Login.” Enter your email address and password, then click to sign in. You will be redirected to your dashboard page where you will be able to manage your profile, documents, work history, reports and more.
